A BIG THANK YOU to Sheila Dusky for organizing this terrific road trip to Brevard NC. On Tuesday September 11, 2018 at 10 AM we caravan-ed from the Spinx, where Hwy 11 bisects Hwy 14 in Gowensville SC. The first stop was at Cesar’s Head Park where a spectacular view of dense fog awaited us. After a leisurely walk along the overlooks we were off to Pretty Place Chapel in Cleveland SC. We arrived about the same time the fog finally dissipated and were able to really enjoy the spectacular vista. Our next stop was an unscheduled pull off into the parking lot of Rocky Hill Baptist Church. There we gave the roadster drivers a chance raise their tops as a heavy rain shower pelted with tears of joy. The excursion wrapped up at Dugans Irish Pup in downtown Brevard. There we tipped a few beers, enjoyed a great lunch, and discussed the rigors of another “World Class” outing.

How long does it take to raise the top on a British roadster? Why do you think I brought the Z3!
Harvey and Karen attempt it in 45 minutes or less.
Karen has just been informed that she’s picking up the tab.
Shelia is truly grateful to hear it.
